Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, new releases), processing may take up to 3 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email after shipment. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours.
Customs & Duties
Packages are shipped with declared values that minimize customs assessment. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. This is outside our control.
Missing or Lost Packages
If a package does not arrive within 30 days (standard) or 15 days (express), contact us and we will file a trace with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund you.
