Quality Guarantee

Every pair of Nike reps is inspected before shipping. If your pair arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as incorrect stitching, mismatched colorways, or damaged materials — we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund.

Return Window

Report any quality issues within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the defect and your order number. We will review your case and respond within 24 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of replica products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind or wrong size ordered
• Pairs that show signs of wear
• Custom or special-order colorways

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Wrong Item Sent

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item at our cost and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
